Becoming a member of the Bridgeton Township Sportsman’s Association is easy, straight forward and designed to ensure the applicant understands us before becoming a member.
STEP 1. Review the types of memberships offered based on your desires and download the appropriate form at www.bridgetonsportsman.com. Fill out and send your application as an e-mail attachment by sending an e-mail to btsajimpres@gmail.com, or mail it to BTSA, 1002 Bridgeton Hill Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA, 18972
STEP 2. Upon receipt of your application, we will mail or e-mail you copies of our Constitution and By-Laws and BTSA Gun Safety Rules and amendments for review and future reference. Review these in preparation for STEP 3.
STEP 3. Coordinate attendance at a club orientation by contacting the Membership Committee Chair that sent you the Constitution. Orientations are held at 11 am the Sunday before the normal monthly membership meeting. Member meetings are held the second Monday of each month beginning at 7 pm.
STEP 4. Coordinate and attend an interview with the Board and Officers at 6:30 pm the night of the monthly member meeting. The Board will ask questions and record answers in preparation for presenting you to the membership for a vote. Assuming the vote is affirmative, you pay your dues, receive your membership packet, receive credit for your first meeting attendance, and you will have just joined an exceptional group of sportsmen and women.
MEMBERSHIP and APPLICATIONS:
- Standard Membership– This membership is open to all US citizens legally authorized to own a firearm, 18 years old or older, who are not prohibited from possessing a firearm. $35 dues, plus $100 Raffle Ticket purchase annually. Obligates the member to 16 work hours on club projects and attendance at a minimum of 4 monthly meetings per year. Provides full individual access and use of all club facilities and activities (except special fund raising events) for a calendar year as long as the requirements of BTSA Constitution and By-laws are faithfully observed.
- Range Membership – Range membership is open to all US Citizens legally authorized to own a firearm $75 dues, plus $100 Raffle Ticket purchase annually. Obligates the member to attendance at a minimum of 2 monthly meetings per year. Provides full individual access and use of all club facilities and activities (except special fund raising events) for a calendar year as long as the requirements of BTSA Constitution and By-laws are faithfully observed.
- Family Range Membership- Membership is open to all US Citizens legally authorized to own a firearm. $100 dues and $100 Raffle Ticket purchase annually. Obligates the member to attendance at a minimum of 2 monthly meetings per year. Provides full individual access and use of all club facilities and activities (except special fund raising events) for a calendar year for the member and his/her immediate family members (Parent, Children, Grand-Children, with the specific member present at all times) as long as the requirements of BTSA Constitution and By-laws are faithfully observed.
- Youth Membership – Membership is open to US Citizens up to the age of 18 years. $10 dues annually. Obligates the member to 8 work hours on club projects and attendance at a minimum of 2 monthly meetings per year. Provides full accompanied access and use of all club facilities and activities (except special fund raising events) for a calendar year as long as the requirements of BTSA Constitution and By-laws are faithfully observed. Youth members must be accompanied and under the undivided attention and supervision of an adult member (a member in good standing, 21 years of age, or older) of the BTSA.
- Junior CMP Membership – Membership is open to US Citizens ages 8 to 18 (eligibility ends on their 18th Birthday), when adult membership is offered. Membership is FREE with application approved and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Obligated, upon approval of application, to attend as many of the CMP monthly meetings as possible, follow the Constitution and By-laws of the BTSA and the direction of the Junior Division leaders and Instructors. The Junior CMP meetings occur on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm year-round. Inside pellet rifle/pistol range is for the exclusive use of the Junior Division. Other than the Junior CMP meetings and competitions, these members have no access or use rights to the club, its activities or facilities except those offered on special events to the public.

Landowner Membership – BTSA is seeking exclusive hunting and fishing access to private lands in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in exchange for an annual BTSA Landowner Membership at no cost to the Landowner. Landowner members have all the rights and privileges of a Standard Member, with full and honored 24/7 access by you and up to two guests to the clubhouse and ranges during operating hours, 10 free annual raffle tickets, voting, hunting and fishing rights without the obligation to work on club projects. If interested, please download and complete the Landowner Membership Application and send it to the POC e-mail address on the application to initiate processing of the application and subsequent coordination of the Landowner Agreement.
